Day of visit

What to bring.

A short, practical list, so you arrive with what you need and nothing you do not.

Different visits ask for slightly different documents. The lists below cover outpatient appointments, day surgery, and an overnight stay. Pick the one that matches your booking, and bring the items in the first list to any visit.
