What to bring.
A short, practical list, so you arrive with what you need and nothing you do not.
Different visits ask for slightly different documents. The lists below cover outpatient appointments, day surgery, and an overnight stay. Pick the one that matches your booking, and bring the items in the first list to any visit.

Outpatient appointment
- National ID, iqama or passport
- Insurance card, if you have one
- Referral letter, if you have one
- A list of your current medications
- Recent test results or reports from another hospital
Day surgery
- Everything from the outpatient list
- Loose, comfortable clothes for afterwards
- Someone who can take you home
- Leave contact lenses and jewellery at home
Overnight stay
- Everything above
- Toiletries and a change of clothes
- Phone charger and something to read
- Any regular medication, in its original packaging
- Optional: a personal prayer mat
