Admissions & Pre-admission

  • Pre-admission usually begins a few days before your procedure. The earlier we speak, the smoother the day of your admission.

  • A nurse will call ahead to confirm your details, insurance, allergies and medication. Any tests you need, such as blood work or imaging, are arranged before the day. On the day, we guide you to your room and confirm your consent forms there. Before you leave, you receive a discharge plan, your prescriptions, and a follow-up appointment.

  • Rooms include a bed for a companion. You will have a named nurse and consultant, meals suited to your needs, and a clear discharge plan with your prescriptions and notes ready before you leave.

  • Yes. A companion is welcome to stay in your room, where a second bed is provided. For paediatric admissions, both parents can stay.

Billing & Financial Counselling
