A patient arrived with weakness in all four limbs and severe neck pain. Microscopic cervical disc surgery relieved the pressure on her spinal cord.

A patient came to us with weakness in all four limbs, severe neck pain, and persistent numbness in her hands and feet. Daily activities had become difficult and her quality of life had dropped.

At our neurosurgery centre we performed a cervical disc removal to relieve the pressure on her spinal cord, using microscopic spinal surgery. The technique is minimally invasive and precise.

After surgery her limb strength improved, her pain resolved, and the numbness in her hands and feet began to fade. She was discharged one day after surgery and returned to her normal activities.
